ALTERNATORS AND STARTER MOTORS

An alternator is an electromechanical device that converts mechanical energy to electrical energy in the form of alternating current. Most alternators use a rotating magnetic field with a stationary armature but occasionally, a rotating armature is used with a stationary magnetic field; or a linear alternator is used.

ACA Mobile Auto Electrical supplies and provides an extensive range of high quality starter motors and alternators. Most of our alternators are new parts.We supply aftermarket & genuine starter motors and alternators for automotive, industrial, marine, light commercial,heavy transport. Genuine equipment can be supplied at a fraction of the price compared to the manufacturer. We will be happy to supply you with a quality product at the best price possible.

What generates the electricity in your vehicle is not the battery, but the alternator. If it is not working properly, you can quickly find yourself with a flat battery. If your battery/charge light appears on your dashboard, whilst travelling, it will be a sign that your alternator is not charging up the battery. We can test your alternator to assess whether it is causing a problem, and repair and/or replace it if necessary.

Similarly, your starter motor turns your engine over and gets it going. If it breaks down you may be going nowhere! Here at ACA Mobile Auto Electrical, we can diagnose, repair and/or replace faulty starter motors for all type of vehicle make and models. Our alternators and starter motors are replaced by our team of qualified auto electricians using top quality parts that meet all Australian standards and come with a 2 year or 40,000km (whichever comes first) with warranty.
